RC5 sparc and x86
1. launch nwam-manager-properties -v
2. select add
3. enter start command ''/usr/bin/touch /tmp/start''
   enter stop command  ''/usr/bin/touch /tmp/stop''
4. select ok
an error dialog pops up indicating 
"Invalid value specified for stop command'.
moving the dialog aside the stop command text field is now empty.

- user can re-enter the stop command, it is accepted on second attempt.
