But I'm confused. :-[ In 12146, I think Alan has suggested to use nwam_ncu_enable(). But in this case 12608, you have suggested nwam_loc_enable. Do they have the same result -- enable those NCUs have activation mode changed? Does nwam_loc_enable will cost much to enable NCUs, I mean reevaluate NCP and all included NCUs no matter if their activation modes are changed from GUI?
