Hi Lin, 
I recreated this bug after leaving system running overnight (as it happened it
was 2 nights before I got back to the system).
I had tried to recreate the problem by unplugging and plugging in the wired
network cable several times during day1, the problem was not reproduced.
After leaving the system running overnight, with wireless connected and wired
unplugged, for day1 and day2 - on day3 nwam-manager
was chewing 49% of cpu on a dual cpu system.
