Dear Colleague Thank you for your feedback regarding the query below. This is to advise that the LMC wrote to the Borough Team and met with Hillingdon Borough Officers yesterday. The Borough Team confirmed that this was included in error by the contracts team, will be removed and is not applicable. The LMC also requested that this is raised with the NWL team when drawing up future enhanced services contracts to ensure it is not included. The Hillingdon Borough Team has also contacted the practice to give reassurance that this was an error. I hope this gives you reassurance and thank you for your assistance in checking this was a one-off error. Kind regards Lesley

As below there does not seem to be a financial consequence in the national templates/guidance and the LLMCs GP Support directorate are currently obtaining legal advice. While we await advice, we are trying to establish the scale of this new requirement. It would be very helpful if you could please confirm whether you have seen this clause in other contracts that you are being sent by NWL or Hillingdon for signing.
