Dear Colleague The latest 22/23 Hillingdon contract for Diabetes and Mental Health services includes a financial penalty/clawback under section SC35 Duty of Candour. As below there does not seem to be a financial consequence in the national templates/guidance and the LLMCs GP Support directorate are currently obtaining legal advice. While we await advice, we are trying to establish the scale of this new requirement. It would be very helpful if you could please confirm whether you have seen this clause in other contracts that you are being sent by NWL or Hillingdon for signing.
