Since we're on the subject of talks lately, sounds like you could easily
fill an hour or so with tales of what's worked and hasn't from a recruiter's
perspective. (Along with a lot of other things I imagine you don't easily
see sat on one just side of the fence.) Might well be helpful for both
employers and developers. If you don't mind giving much away that is :)
