Hello!

Next Thursday (16th April) is the NWRUG meet.

This month, Jim Mackenzie is going to be talking about how developers do
support at Basecamp, curiosity, friendship, and some techniques to make
supporting a software project easier. Whether you are working with a dedicated
support team, or answering emails yourself while writing code, there should be
something useful for you.

Hopefully we’ll be back at MadLab for the talk (pending the completion of some
work on the flooring), but if not, it’ll happen at Federation House. I’ll
confirm this early next week.
