You've been reading my onlist posts, right?

They're leaving vacuums open in local government,
regulatory processes and physical networks... all
benefit the incumbents.  Nature abhors a vacuum.  I
saw it happen earlier with the telecoms.  Government
was the last cause.  It's happening all over again.
And, now we're the cause.

You need the stakeholders, which is why you need the
platform.  You need the municipal governments, which
is why you need the local stakeholders.  You need a
non-profit to lead, otherwise government intrudes.
