The current kernel doesn't have the VIA network chipset compiled in.  If 
you can compile your own kernel, or add this module, then you could get 
the built in network card working.  I will add the necessary module for 
the next release, if someone can tell me which kernel module is needed 
for the Via Mini-ITX onboard network cards.

The license is the same as Debian, as it is basically just a debian 
distro, stripped and modified, +NoCat and +HostAP (which are GPL).
