Hello Alan,

AL> You've a narrow, restricted, view of anywhere, all the
AL> time... under any circumstance. You think everyone
AL> should individually pay... for everything. You don't
AL> understand CRM, or public assistance, or a few other
AL> minor points. (Note: or even their effects on
AL> security)

Someone somewhere always has to foot the bill, can you show me
anything anywhere that such expenses can be justified by the
additional cost and provide additional benefit over other mechanisms
to make it worth while venturing down this path for anyone other then
big WISPs/telco's? Or are you now looking to become a telco? In which
case EAP/TLS and x.509 will still work fine as it's back ended by
RADIUS for authentication and accounting...

AL> That's not my fault. Read more. Argument is fun,
AL> maybe even provides a certain satisfaction. But, the
AL> time you're wasting in arguing would be better spent
AL> reading the website I've repearedly suggested. I'm
AL> not being mean... I simply do not have the time to
AL> both learn and lecture (repeatedly).

They are trying to sell a product, marketing documents don't always
provide factual information pertaining to anything other then what's
at hand being sold... If you want to enlighten people about technical
matters, try flipping through relevant RFC's or other technical
references pertaining to the technology at hand, rather then just
glitsy marketing information...

AL> Or, don't read the website. Here... I admit you're
AL> right... make you feel proud? Doesn't bother me a
AL> bit... or even change the facts.

It's not a matter of proving you wrong, it's a matter of providing
factual information to help others that find this thread relevant...
