Had nothing but trouble after trying it.
I still can't get a version of Client Manager that will now work with whatever it did to my drivers!

Now, I did not personally try this procedure, but I can tell you that in my
experiance regarding Orinoco firmware updates the only version of Windows
that consistently works is Windows 2000. I would suggest that whoever wants
to update Orinoco firmware use Windows 2000. Has any NYCW member succeeded
at upgrading silver to gold via the above method?
