Well this is what happens.
First I installed the SMC2532W-B card. I put in my
wireless settings into that utility origran that comes
with the card. Once that worked with no problems I
installed the new Netstumbler. That is when hell broke
loose. First: Netstumbler replaced some file that SMC
utility installs. So even if netstumbler was off, card
would not lock onto any AP and keep on locking on and
off every second non-stop. When you do scanning with
Netstumbler, it only sees the AP that you supposed to
lock on to and it also does that on/off action.
I have to remove Netstumbler and re-install the card
to have my wireless work again.
How can I get that fixed so Netstumbler works with my SMC?
