If you've got an AP/Router combo you should be able to put the PC in the DMZ. You can also port forward just the ports required for remote access.
Of course this requires that you've got admin access to the AP/Router. ________________________________________________ Val Schmidt Lamont Doherty Earth Observatory of Columbia University 61 Route 9W Palisades, NY 10964 m: 614 286 3726 vschmidt[AT]ldeo.columbia.edu > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:nycwireless- > [EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Jack Schaefer > Sent: Friday, January 23, 2004 3:49 PM > To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Subject: [nycwireless] Remote Access Behind AP > > Quick question: > > I am trying to remote access a pc on the other side of a access point.
