Actually there's a 4th: Do not go to those places that annoy you... If
conversation annoys you, then there aren't many places to go in this world.

I'll tell you the same thing that every person that has ever complained
about cell phone use in places that do not require quiet by law.  "You have
three choices, get someone to make a law", "Make me get off the phone", or
"STFU".  No one really cares if it annoys you.
