[nycwireless] Web site design

At our last meeting, we announced the launch of our new website (which 
you can see by clicking on any of the links on our current main page). 
Our site uses TikiWiki as its back end, and is thus much easier to 
update and maintain. Additionally, we will be introducing new features 
over the coming months.

One of our first priorities, however, is to update the look of our 
website. This will involve some moderate design work and some CSS and 
graphics work. We are looking for one or more volunteers who can help 
with this design, and help code the necessary changes into our 
website's CSS. In exchange for helping NYCwireless, you will have the 
eternal appreciation of the NYCwireless Board and Membership, and will 
have your name in lights on our heavily visited website.
