the horned lark flock, reported yesterday, was found this morning at 11 in Mattituck in the sod field on the southeast corner of Oregon Road and Depot Road. There were many snow buntings in the flock but the lapland longspurs could not be found. Be advised viewing conditions were difficult due to the strong NW winds.

an Iceland gull was found in the parking lot at Iron Pier beach in Riverhead at 1:30. gull was still there when I left.
