Yesterday, a Snowy Owl (the 1st of 2, as of today) was seen by a local
birder, who made some phone calls to try to get other folks on the bird,
but thought it best for the owl, to not post it on the listserve. I was
able to get down to see it, and respected the finder's wishes and also
didn't report it. When it was posted earlier today, it was with the
finder's blessings, after having a change of heart !

I also had 3 T.V's. in the Roanoke section of Riverhead.

Cheers,
Bob
