Hi all, I haven't seen and email report today so I thought I would forward this RBA report for NY County, which I subscribe to through eBird.
Here is the comment in the report: "NE corner of park, high in a tree not far from the bird bath. Very difficult to see, just keep searching the trees protruding over the NE corner of grass in the park."
