A Lark Sparrow, originally reported from Green-Wood Cemetery yesterday, was
relocated this afternoon by Daisy Paul and seen by many. As a nice bonus, it
was hanging out with a Clay-colored Sparrow.

It was initially found yesterday on the grass at the NE edge of the Sylvan
Water in front of the mausoleum “Kidder Hathaway”. Today it was relocated not
too far away up Sylvan Avenue near Cliff Path. The Lark Sparrow subsequently
moved along Cliff Path and near where it intersects with Landscape Avenue. When
I left the Clay-colored had not been refound, but that might have changed.

For those not familiar with Green-Wood Cemetery, the Sylvan Water is the
largest body of water and only about 500 yards southwest of the main entrance.
Free maps are available at the entrance.

Good birding,

Rob
