Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge (MNWR) and Montezuma Wetlands Complex (MWC)

     1/4: A WINTER WREN was seen at East Road.

     1/5: 1 SANDHILL CRANE was seen from East road.

     1/8: 4 FIELD SPARROWS were seen at the Morgan Road Marsh. A PEREGRINE 
FALCON was seen at the Audubon Center on Rt. 89.







 Onondaga County

------------




     1/3: An ICELAND GULL was seen at the Inner harbor near Destiny.

      1/4: A NORTHERN SHOVELER was seen from Bartel Road at the west end of 
Oneida Lake. A LESSER BLACK-BACKED GULL was seen on Vincent Corners Road north 
of Fabius. It was seen again the next day. A SNOWY OWL was seen on Pardee Road 
in Cicero.

     1/5: A YELLOW-RUMPED WARBLER was seen at Lakeview Point on the west side 
of Onondaga lake.

     1/8: A PEREGRINE FALCON was seen hunting at a residence west of 
Baldwinsville.

     1/9: An AMERICAN WIGEON was seen from Lakeview Point on Onondaga Lake.

     1/10: An ICELAND GULL was seen at the Inner Harbor south of Destiny.







Oswego County

------------




     1/5: An ICELAND GULL was see at Lock 2 on the Oswego River in Fulton.

     1/6: A RED-THROATED LOON was seen on Lake Ontario from the Overlook at 
Derby Hill.

     1/7: A COMMON REDPOLL was seen at a feeder in Minetto.

     1/8: A RUSTY BLACKBIRD was seen on Sutton Road in Pennelville.

     1/9: 4 PINE SISKINS were seen on Kibbe Lake Road northof Oneida Lake. 2 
PEREGRINE FALCONS were seen at Brietbeck Park in Oswego. A NORTHERN SHRIKE was 
seen on Thompson Road south of Oswego.







Madison County

------------




     1/4: A WHITE-CROWNED SPARROW was seen on Ditchbank Road north of 
Canastota. A PEREGRINE FALCON was see at the Madison County Landfill south of 
Canastota. It was seen again on the 8th. A GOLDEN EAGLE was seen on Rt. 46 
about one mile north of Rt. 20.

     1/5: A CACKLING GOOSE was seen at the south end of Cazenovia Lake.

     1/8: An apparent overwintering COMMON YELLOWTHROAT was seen near Woodman 
Pond north of Hamilton. An ICELAND was seen at the Madison County Landfill.A 
SNOWY OWL was seen at Chapman Park west of Lakeport. A NORTHERN SHRIKE was seen 
ner the Fenner Wind Farm south of Canastota.







Oneida County

------------




     1/5: A GREEN-WINGED TEAL was seen at Sylvan Beach on the west end of 
Oneida Lake. A (the) SLATY-BACKED GULL, possibly the same individual seen 
recently at the Madison County landfill, was seen at the southwest end of 
Oneida Lake at Chapman Point.

     1/8: 2 RED CROSSBILLS were seen on North Lake Road north of Forestport.







Herkimer County

------------




     1/5: A PEREGRINE FALCON was seen from the McDonald’s Parking Lot in Little 
Falls.

     1/9: 6 RED CROSSBILLS were seen near Windfall Pond north of Eagle Bay.
