We suggest that our clients sign up and use it directly (with our help when needed). We love Campaign Monitor as a service and the Freshview team are always really helpful. In a recent project we integrated the Campaign Monitor API so that there is a continuous synchronization between subscribed users in the clients' database and the Campaign Monitor subscriber list. There's also the ability for the client to create and send campaigns from within their own admin area.
