As others have mentioned you can charge your business rent. I believe it's up to 15% of the total floorspace (and hence monthly opex). Again, check with your accountant before actioning anything you hear on this list, but I think this can include part of 'communal' areas (hallways) used to access 'facilities' (toilet, kitchen, etc).
