One of my domain names is stuck with a terrible company overseas (gegar.com). They've been terrible lately. I paid them 2 years renewal but my domain is only renewed for a year! I have sent them few emails but got no reply yet.
I have lost my confident with these guys and wonder if there's a way I can get my AuthCode/EPP so I can transfer the domain somewhere else.
