RE MARK: Hrm, well, good luck with your search. I think I should be fine in Christchurch though. There's plenty of IT companies down here, but as mentioned in a previous post, they're probably just not biting at the moment due to some economic concerns. Is it just me or are any other junior web developers getting sick and tired of companies crying out for IT graduates, only to turn around and ask for 2-3 years industry experience? Everyone wants graduates, but no one wants to hire them - they only want "seniors", or, a "senior fresh graduate" ideally.
