That's *far* too simple a solution, Nathan. How about we add a wiki page explaining how to unsubscribe, and inject a link to the wiki into the X-Unsubscribe-Help header for the list?
Seriously though: Great idea, but Google Groups doesn't offer that feature AFAIK. Do some mail clients hide the list signature (incl unsubscribe instructions) entirely?
