Maybe we should make a Thunderbird plugin for unsubscribing, too. You 
know, just to keep it simple :P

I'm guessing though that most people who try to unsubscribe see their 
email turn up on the list, realise something didn't work and look around 
till they find the text in the footer and unsubscribe properly before 
anyone else replies anyway.
