+1 Given your rational and sensible advice above, I am at a loss as to why you offer the below- > If non-paying clients become an issue, we as a group should perhaps > setup a name and shame page, so people can avoid the directors and these > companies in the future. Crown courts are known for looking very unkindly on vigilantes. Besides, imagine the consternation on this list if someone was to set up a website dedicated to 'naming and shaming' crap web developers. There are too many younger web developers on this list, who have still yet to learn some commercial sensibility and the ways of the world. I think someone like yourself should not be encouraging them to go out and do something stupid. That is the lawyer part of me talking... but yes there is people out there who will go to the ends of the earth to sue and bankrupt "some punk" who has slandered them. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ NZ PHP Users Group: http://groups.google.com/group/nzphpug To post, send email to [email protected] To unsubscribe, send email to [email protected] -~----------~----~----~----~------~----~------~--~---
