Hi Michael, Jethost (http://jethost.net.nz ) offer hosting packages with add-on domains. Add-on domains let you have multiple websites with one account, all managed through their Cpanel interface. The Mega hosting package ($29.95 + GST per month) has 5 add-on domains, so would probably suit you well – you get 500MB storage with this account.
Jethost run PHP 5.2 on their servers, so this would be what you need!
