Hi Rob,

Do you have any experience in either of these? We found ourselves in  
the same position when we started using Symfony 1.2 but decided that  
we couldnt afford the learning time/curve on Client's projects to  
upskill in Doctrine so we continued to use Propel.

Doctrine certainly does have a nice syntax and we are looking forward  
to finding some time to dabble and upskill but we've invested so much  
time into Propel that it seems counter-productive to have to relearn  
essentially something that does the same job...

In summary, I would say if you have to learn either one, perhaps  
Doctrine is worth a shot. If you already have plenty of experience in  
one go with that unless you can afford the time...
