Well, Symfony (version 1.0) has many plugins for things like blog,
cms, wiki, forum, user management. But learning Symfony takes time.

Another simple framework that I've looked at, not tried yet, is Kohana
... seems very simple, very easy to install and get running ...

To me it is like Symfony lite ...
