If Jochen (or anyone else) needs someone to fix their server at 9.00AM (or 9.00PM) on a Friday, I will happily do the job and send them a bill. Far from me (or anyone serious) to have the audacity to need such an above clause written into the agreement. Customer wants work done Supplier wants AFV (Accepted for value), ie: money. simple.
