It is unlikely you will find a premade template that does what you
want for all 4 clients. I recommened you buy a (pdf) book like one of
these:

And spend half a dozen hours learning how to make a Joomla template
(assuming you know some basic html/css already). Then you can get a
plain one with the right colors, and put in some mechanics pictures
etc. Or ideally make your own plain template, do the design in
photoshop (or get a graphic designer to do this), and then add in the
graphics to your plain template. This way all the sites you do have
the same underlying HTML/CSS that you know well.

The amount of time you spend messing around with premade templates
that don't do what you want, it is well worth spending 5-10 hours
learning to make them yourself.

The basic idea with Joomla is the backend logic is the same over
different sites, but the template part is customised to the client
exactly. Therefore 3rd party components tend to work out of the box
well, but not 3rd party templates.
