Hey Matt

There are quite a few Drupal users on this list, but you may find even more
help on the Drupal forums or via IRC in #drupal-support on irc.freenode.net.
(IRC <irc://irc.freenode.net/drupal-support>,
Web<http://widget.mibbit.com/?server=irc.freenode.net&channel=drupal-support>URLs.)

Some useful information you will want to share when asking for help -
 * Be specific about the software and version you're using. "I'm using
Drupal 5.12, and I've just updated my copy of the Ubercart module to 1.6"
 * Describe what you expect to happen. "I'm hoping the update script will
fix some missing table errors, as there are new tables added in the updated
Ubercart module."
 * Describe what you see happening in detail. You say the update script is
failing, but not *how*. Is there an error message? A blank screen? A browser
crash? The page times out?
 * Get access to your server logs and see if there's any PHP error happening
as lasc suggests above. This is really useful - it should be one of the
first places you look when things go wrong.

By including specific details, you reduce the chances of people trying to
help by guessing, which means you waste less of your own time (and theirs)
chasing red herrings.

Good luck! Once on #drupal-support, you're welcome to ping me (xur1z) for
advice - there are plenty of other people who can help you there too.
