When reporting bizarre behavior such as this, it's usually useful to
include screenshots from the affected systems. The reason is that the
precise wording, and sometimes even aspects of the browser itself
(such as loading bar status, or the exact URL in the location bar at
the time of failure) can help diagnose the problem.

This isn't actually likely to be a PHP problem so it might be best to
email myself or another respondent off-list for further assistance but
we're happy to help and probably the members of this list have a fair
bit of experience with this kind of issue.

When taking a screenshot, please include a shot of the entire screen,
this helps because:

* It tells us what browser is being used
* It normally includes a clock so it acts as a record of time (some
problems are time dependent)
