Hi Emma,
It appears that the authoritative (the DNS server who is responsible for
hosting your records) servers are not resolving correctly -
ns1.machonwood.com and ns2.machonwood.com.
An attempt with number of different DNS servers has shown that some are
able to see countryart.co.nz, probably due to the record machonwood.com
being cached. But no DNS server is able to resolve ns1.machonwood.com or
ns2.machonwood.com
I would contact whoever your DNS provider is (machonwood.com) and tell
them to fix their shi(p)!

Hi There,
On Monday I attempted to check on a website that I regularly work with
only to receive "SERVER ERROR" and the site was down.
I contacted the hosting company - servers were fine.
I tried to access the site using a different computer same issue -
Server Error, no website.
I then called two people in two different locations asking them to try
and load the site and it loaded absolutely fine for both of them.
Since Monday I have tried my computer on 3 different wireless networks
and the site will only load on ONE of the three.
Any idea why this is happening and what I can do?
The only consistent factor is the routers where the site fails are
"Thompson".
Website: http://countryart.co.nz
(oh and i checked the site's admin and no IP addresses are blocked).
HELP?
