Hello all, This question has probably been asked a bit recently, but I've been unsubscribed so I've missed out. So here it is again.
Does anyone recommend a mailing list manager software, which can be rented SaaS for a reasonable rate, purchased for a reasonable rate and installed on your own server, Or, free and can be installed on your own server. It should handle subscribe/unsubscribe. Sending HTML and plaintext emails, managing the subscriber database by CSV, or other handy import/export format.
