Hi Harvey, Sometimes this can also be a case of the local machine caching older versions of the site - you may be able to verify this by performing a Control-F5 within Internet explorer. I notice that your expiry tag is also very much in the past - I'm not 100% sure, but that could be causing some confusion to proxies / web browsers.
