Yes that’s it, sorry. It appears to be the source of the data for
http://www.targetmap.com/viewer.aspx?reportId=4870
 except that the latter one gives you a more, including previous measures.
Click on related maps to get all the nuclear power station locations and
types.
Click on prefectures of the radiation map to change the table to detailed
measurements within a prefecture.
The latter map also gives you the location of all the nuclear facilities,
these are the places reporting the measurements. You can also get
populations etc.
