Sorry, I mean Shika is in that purple patch in the map to the west of Japan.

The monitoring data itself appears to be submitted by local governments.

Conspiracy breeds in the absence of information.

This morning I see on TV that Aucklanders are worried that radiation will
reach here. 
Actually I doubt it because the Pacific is divided into a northern and
southern hemisphere
with opposite rotating atmospheric circulation systems.  The radiation will
disperse into the Northern hemisphere.

As far as water goes, the seas around Japan flow north before turning back
and sweeping down the west coast of Australia, and some water may join with
the circumpolar flow that passes just to our south, but by then it will be
greatly dispersed.

Shika is in Ishikawa to the east showing purple as "Under Survey".
So no figures. Let's hope that it has not been compromised.
All attention is on the east for sure.
