Hi Murray,

Did you try with BigBlueButton? [1]
It's an interesting tool for elearning and
web conferencing.

Another is WebEx [2] (Cisco), but it's not
Open Source and you must pay for the service.

In BBB, I believe that you can't record the class,
but maybe the host can record it and upload the files
after on the platform
