I am a user/administrator (and sometimes developer) of Moodle, and as a
Learning managment system its pretty good. It got a pretty good quiz
system, but is more functional rather then pretty. It doesn't have all
the whizz bang flash quizes like the one on the AA site but it can use
SCORM and IMS packages. These are standardised components which should
be able to plug into any complient LMS. If you do a search for "SCROM
Quiz", I'm sure you'll find a package that will do the Flash quizes.
I've seen "hot potato" quizes within Moodle courses which are flash
based (but more geared towards children).
