Yeah those changing IP addresses thing was really odd. May be using IP
address is more secure than using DNS?

Thanks everyone for sharing those tips, the issue that I had was to do with
3DS card processing on Payment Express end (I know coz several different
end users sent me screen shot and description of what happened).

The good news is that they told me the issue has been resolved :)
