I find Openhost.co.nz very good for domain name management. Everything you mention is supported.
Their DNS management is either direct editing of DNS with no www hosting; or with www hosting which is managed through Plesk console. Either way updates are quick and I have never had to wait more than 15-20 min for updates to flow through.
