Hi Berend, Not sure who your current domain registrar is, but I find the DNS manager with 1stdomains fulfils all my requirements, and I believe it fits all yours.
They've recently added the ability to specify the TTL, and from experience I believe there zone refresh is either instant or quite frequent. Thanks, Nathan.
