We currently use HD for dedicated hosting. There prices are fair, but there has been occasions of there service being questionable. Also there has been numerous occasions of network downtime.
The recently sold off all there shared hosting options to Open Host. Which we have also had a few issues with. We are also using Maxnet for hosting virtual servers. Maxnet is a bit more pricey, but we have never once had downtime with them.
