I would suggest anyone BUT HD. Their service is terrible.. I have 50 or so sites with them and am continuously having issues and don't feel as though they care about our custom. Definately cheapest, but I certainly would love to move away from them. I would be interested in hearing what others suggest?
I would say Digiweb would be the cream of the crop from past experience with them.
