If you're so cool with so clever idea - why don't they fund you? If it's that interesting - why do they lose such an opportunity to get a share in a profitable company? You also mentioned that you've created a lot of businesses - so you're a businessman who don't want to take all risks for a new venture. At the moment it sounds like a Nigerian spam.
