Nope, no facts. Definitely an area for real testing in the next couple  
of months.

I was basing my 'faster' handwaving on Ian Boston's March comment on  
the Embedded Solr Configuration instructions [1]. I'll rewrite the  
opening paragraph to appropriately convey the uncertainty in this space.

Thanks so much Daniel. Your configuration documentation has been  
absolutely invaluable to me as I'm writing. Glad you liked the custard  
creams.
