This makes me wonder a bit about backlogs, and the right scrummy way to view this. The results of a vote produce a list, but it seems not a reasonable sequence (e.g. #1 before #3). In fact, if I understand the voting process, not even really a ranked list of priorities: this ranked list gives a snapshot of TRG consensus. Is that the right way to read this?
