Agreed.  Converting bugs to tasks I think problematic.  But so too is our bug 
count, a topic I discussed with the leads yesterday and one which the team will 
discuss further at our all-hands meeting tomorrow.

I count 391 open tickets classified as a bug [1].  The UI-Devs have tagged 103 
(status=blocked, fix version=on hold) as tickets we may decide to forgo 
addressing given impending UI changes slated for OAE 1.5.0 (rendering them 
effectively obsolete) and the need to husband our developer resources for 
current and future development work.
